Dr. Goodluck Okotie holds a Ph.D (Physics) and MSc Engineering Administration. He is the Managing Director/Principal Consultant, Clemkot Resources Ltd;Specialist in Cathodic Protection Technology Systems, Pipeline and Tank Integrity Inspection, CP Design, Installation and Commissioning. He has worked with National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA). Green Belt Maryland USA, as technology research Assistant 1974 – 1976, Worked as Inspector of Factories in the Federal Ministry of Labour, Lagos; Lectured in the school of Business and Engineering Departments at the Auchi Polytechnic and doubled as head of training department for coordination of the SIWES programme. Dr. Okotie has over 25 years managerial and leadership working experience with the Delta steel company Ltd, Ovwian Aladja, majorly in Procurement/ logistics (Marine services), Marketing and Sales sectors. He retired in 1995 and started Human Resources Management consultancy with the NNPCL, Government and private companies in management, safety, total loss control, engineering management, cathodic protection technology programmes etc. He belongs to American Institute of Science (AIS), Nigerian Institute of Administrative Management (NIAM) and National Safety Council of Nigeria.
